Who can benefit from our services?

Anyone experiencing hardship, vulnerability, or insecurity who is facing legal problems.

Swiss citizens without resources (net income below CHF 3,000 for one person, CHF 3,800 for two people, CHF 4,500 for three people). Above these thresholds, we assume you have the financial means to consult a lawyer from the Vaud Bar Association.

Foreign nationals with a permit, without resources (net income below CHF 3,000 for one person, CHF 3,800 for two people, CHF 4,500 for three people).

What areas of law do we handle?

In principle, all areas of law, with the exception of asylum law.
In particular, the following areas :

Family law and divorce

Employment law

Landlord-tenant law (related to your accommodation)

Criminal law

Debt collection

Social security (except disability insurance)
